2013-2014 Voyage

We are very excited to announce the 2013-2014 Class Afloat Itinerary! The school year will start in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada allowing more family members and friends to say "fair winds" as our class sets off for the adventure of a lifetime.

Following the start of the program, students will then sail with a fleet of 25 other tall ships as apart of Tall Ships Challenge®– Great Lakes 2013. Students will participate in sailing races, a re-enactment of the war of 1812 battle at Put-in-Bay and enjoy tall ship festivities in two ports. These events will provide great experiences and unique learning opportunities. 

The voyage will take students through the Great Lakes and down the historic St. Lawrence Seaway before crossing the Atlantic Ocean as they visit 18 countries and 23 ports of call, each offering rich educational, cultural and opportunities that will make the 2013-14 class experience a spectacular year of learning, adventure and fun.
