Young Canadian Sailor Scholarship

Class Afloat announces a $10,000 young Canadian sailor scholarship

Imagine that a tall ship is your school; the world is your classroom and finding yourself is your
destination. Welcome to Class Afloat.

Class Afloat sets students on the journey of a lifetime by providing an unforgettable four or
eight month experience aboard the Class ‘A’ square rigged tall ship Sørlandet. Students study
while at sea and explore 25 ports of call around the world, all the while getting their high
school or first year of university credits.

To help a young Canadian sailor discover the ultimate blue water sailing experience, Class
Afloat is pleased to offer a $10,000 scholarship to one well-rounded Canadian sailor who,
