Update - Sail to the Bahamas
The catch of the year – a mighty 100lb. marlin – was wrestled over the rail and onto the decks of the Sorlandet on March 2! So marvelous was this marine wonder that exam review sessions were momentarily postponed for the entire crew to gaze in awe and pose for a snapshot. A great fish story was not the only major event of our passage to the Bahamas, however. The students dutifully completed term one of the semester by writing midterm examinations on March 5! We arrived yesterday in Grand Bahama to an exuberant welcome of friends and family on the dock. The students are all excited to explore Freeport!
